faq

who can purchase? - anyone 16 years or older (if purchasing for sfw reasons)! if you are buying with the intent for kink though, please be 18 years or older
* rhinestones, charms, and similar that i use in making my products can be a choking hazard for infants + all teats used are sized for adult mouths - my products are NOT for small children ! *what do you sell? - mostly decorated pacifiers/bottles, deco kits, and agere/petspace bundles. but there may be other items in the future, and polls to see what you and others may wantare all your items kink related? - not at all! many, of my items can be purchased with sfw intentions and for whatever personal reason you may havewhy would you sell these items, if not for kink purposes? - many people use items like pacifiers, bottles, and so on for personal reasons. someone may have autism and stim with pacifiers, or have trauma and regress as a coping mechanism, or just enjoy the aesthetic of it personallywhat is your stance on [discourse] ? - i personally need to avoid discourse for my own health, so please don't involve me or ask my opinions on things!are customs open? - please see my bio for this status!can you remake [this] product? - maybe! i prefer to create unique, one of a kind products, so that everyone gets something unique. but i may make exceptions to certain products, so go ahead and ask
you can always ask me to make one similar though!the product i received has messy glue / the rhinestones are crooked / similar ! - all of my items are decorated by hand, and by my best ability. this means sometimes there may be visible glue or wonky rhinestones!
i will try to warn on posts if a certain product has more obvious mistakes, but please look closely before purchasing regardless. i will not give refunds / accept returns just because the product shows things of this naturei can't afford your products! - that's okay! you can support me in other ways, by liking/commenting/saving/sharing my posts & followingi dmed you, but i haven't gotten a response! - please be patient! i have a part time job, and hobbies / interests outside of my business as well. i promise i'll get back to you when i canwhere do you get your materials / items / etc? - i have a pinned post with shops i purchase supplies from on my insta, so please check that first! but if you still need advice on where to buy things from, i could defiantly point you in the right direction - feel free to dm (nicely) !you're using my artwork on your products and i don't approve of that! - i don't make the planars/stickers/etc that i use, and i try to credit where i can, but sometimes it's out of my control. however, if your art is used and you don't approve of it, i will avoid buying supplies of that art again & notify the person who supplied them.✧✧✧

how to claim

1. comment on available products only
2. dm with your paypal email, preferred name & address, and ship or hold status
3. an invoice will be sent with total cost + shipping cost
4. once invoice is paid, your order will be packaged and sent when i'm able tofailure to pay an invoice within 3 days results in the product(s) going back up for sale

here are a few things to keep in mind that aren't covered elsewhere!✧ please refrain from reposting my products without credit! i would love to get noticed for my work, and tagging me / mentioning my account by name / linking my account would help a ton!
✧ i cannot do a deep dive into everyone who purchases from me, nor ask them why they are buying my products. i'm stating my personal preference when it comes to minors purchasing above, because it is out of my control in many aspects. but if you notice a minor in kink purchasing from me, please tell me!
✧ i spend a lot of time online, but this doesn't mean i'm always working exactly. sometimes i just take time to look at content, or to check things. if you see me on insta, but i haven't replied yet or similar, please don't assume i'm ignoring you!

shipping

shipping is usually $5-12 for US
$12-$15 for canada
and $12-$20 for uk and international shipping

holds

holds are $3 usd per 7 days
you can hold an item for up to 28 days✧ do NOT ask for a hold if you cannot pay for the item + the fee; this is an option out of curtesy for buyers!
✧ you can hold multiple items, but please still only hold if you can purchase!
✧ you MUST tell me if you're taking an item off hold [ + you're still required to pay the fee ]

returns & refunds

✧ due to my products being personal items, i will not accept returns simply from dissatisfaction or similar - especially if there is human error in a product (for example: rhinestones slightly offcenter, or obvious glue)
✧ if something arrives broken or damaged, i don't mind helping out and giving advice! please dm me so we can figure out what to do
✧ i may on occasion give partial or full refunds on my own terms, if i feel the situation deserves that; i genuinely want my customers happy with what they get! but i do put a lot of time and effort into them & i don't want my kindness to be taken advantage of
✧ if you are unhappy with imperfections, there isn't much i can do. these items are handmade, and made by one person. i please encourage you to NOT purchase if slight imperfections do bother you!

care tips

✧ if purchasing a product of mine, please check here on how to care for them! ✧
also, use common sense and acknowledge these are art pieces - treat them carefully

✧ it's a good idea to gently wash the teat of any pacis you purchase from me, as there may be dust or fibers from shipping
do not soak the item, simply rinse, as water could get into small pockets and not dry fully!✧ generally, keep my products away from direct sunlight for long periods of time. it may sun-bleach them, make shakers brittle, etc✧ if your item has a shaker on it ( dry or wet ), please show it extra care! i source my shakers from various artists, who have varying processes to their products. so i cannot give a definite guide, but please search up care guides for resin products or i can redirect you to the creators' !✧ i use gemtac glue for all my products, not E6000! and to seal anything, i use mod podge acrylic sealer - both are non-toxic!✧ gemtac glue says to avoid freezing, so please do not put my products in extreme cold ! the glue also has a tendency to shift slightly over a long period of time (for example, if storing the item please make sure rhinestones or decals aren't being pushed against by other things)✧ a rhinestone/decal may fall off depending on use, age, how you store the product, etc
generally i try to secure anything on the product i can, but if you need tips on how to reapply something feel free to dm !
there are usually gemtac glue minis at craft stores, so if you need to do any repairs i greatly recommend that!
